This policy explains how Scandic Salmon A/S ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell your data.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, email, phone number and message you provide, so that we can respond to your request.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address and browser for security and operation of the website.
• We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

3. Third-party services

• Form delivery (FormSubmit). Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, which processes the data you submit to forward it to us.
• Google Maps. The map in our contact section loads only after you click "Show map". When loaded, Google may receive your IP address.
• Google Fonts. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. We store a single value in your browser's local storage to remember that you have seen our third-party notice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at nj@scandicsalmon.dk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
